Chapter 1633 — Chapter 1633 Primal Monarch's Bloodline

After his body tempering period ended, Tian Yi began consuming an enormous amount of treasures provided by the Primal Monarch to cultivate a Chaotic Heart. He was akin to a pig, but instead of eating pig food, he was being fed priceless treasures.

However, despite the vast number of treasures he consumed, there were no signs of his Chaotic Heart forming.

Despite this, Tian Yi's cultivation soared, reaching the level of Divine Ancestor in just four years solely by consuming treasures. He achieved this without needing to cultivate or learn any cultivation techniques, as the Primal Monarch assisted him in absorbing and containing all that energy.

"Hmmm… your Chaotic Heart isn't forming… We might be missing something." The Primal Monarch eventually halted feeding him treasures.

"Maybe it's because I lack a proper bloodline," Tian Yi casually guessed.

"Bloodline, huh? That might be it…" The Primal Monarch fell silent for a few moments, a contemplative expression on his face.

"I have never done or even thought about doing this before, but I can give you some of my Blood Essence, which has a chance of giving you my bloodline." The Primal Monarch muttered with a curious face.

Even in the Divine Heaven, humans can acquire bloodlines through the Blood Essence of Magical Beasts or Divine Beasts. However, since the creation of Blood Essence requires tremendous effort and even involves sacrificing one's longevity, they are only created for special occasions and are incredibly rare, even in the world of beasts.

"Once you accept my Blood Essence, we'll essentially be family. What do you think? Are you willing to accept the bloodline of a beast?" The Primal Monarch asked Tian Yi.

Tian Yi smiled and said, "I already see you as a family and a father, so nothing's changed."

The Primal Monarch laughed out loud, finding his answer extremely entertaining.

"Very well! Then, give me some time to form my Blood Essence. Since this is my first time doing something like this, it will take a few years to complete."

"A few years? What should I do in the meantime?" Tian Yi asked.

"I'll teach you a few of my techniques, so you can use this time to train them."

The Primal Monarch transferred several of his own techniques to Tian Yi directly through his mind, allowing him to understand them instantly. However, he still needed to train to deepen his understanding and strengthen the techniques.

Afterward, the Primal Monarch entered seclusion to form his Blood Essence, leaving Tian Yi alone for the next decade.

In these ten years, Tian Yi focused on training the techniques bestowed by the Primal Monarch, occasionally tempering his body and consuming the leftover treasures. His cultivation reached the peak of Immortal Ascension without any issues.

When the Primal Monarch returned with his Blood Essence, he didn't immediately feed it to Tian Yi, as he feared that Tian Yi was too weak to absorb his Blood Essence.

"Let's increase your cultivation a bit more to be safe."

Thus, he fed Tian Yi even more treasures.

After a few more years, Tian Yi broke through Immortal Ascension and became a true Immortal at the Bronze Immortal realm.

Normally, a cultivator would need to face a Heavenly Tribulation before they can ascend past Immortal Ascension and become an Immortal, but since Tian Yi was located in Primal Expanse, where the 'Heavens' had no influence, he was able to break through that barrier without facing one.

"So, I just consume this like water?" Tian Yi inquired with the Primal Monarch's Blood Essence in his grasp.

"Yes, pour it onto your tongue and let it be absorbed."

Tian Yi followed the Primal Monarch's instructions and placed a single drop of Blood Essence onto his tongue.

The Blood Essence melted into his tongue the instant it touched. At first, he felt no change, but after a few moments, his entire body began to burn up, as if his blood were boiling.

The Primal Monarch watched with great focus, paying attention to every little detail and change occurring within Tian Yi's body.

Veins bulged across Tian Yi's body, as if they were on the verge of bursting through his skin. Soon, they began to glow with a golden hue, as if liquid gold were coursing through them.

"AHHHHH!"

Tian Yi let out a beastly roar that shook the entire world. Moments later, he began to calm down, and his body quickly started to recover.

"How do you feel now?" The Primal Monarch asked him.

Even before Tian Yi's response, the Primal Monarch could tell from Tian Yi's aura that he had successfully absorbed the Blood Essence.

"I feel… the same?" Tian Yi muttered in a somewhat puzzled voice.

Although he didn't realize it, his voice carried an unfathomable power capable of commanding all beasts if there were any near him. Of course, it wouldn't work on the Primal Monarch, who gave him the power.

"You may not feel it now, but you'll realize it sooner or later," said the Primal Monarch.

"As long as you learn to control that power, you'll be invincible within the Primal Expanse, even as a mortal."

"However, great power comes with great responsibilities, and I trust that you won't abuse this power." Tian Yi smiled and said, "I won't betray that trust, but if I ever do, you can kill me."

"Kill you? Hmph! I'll make you suffer a fate worse than death." The Primal Monarch sneered.

After acquiring his new powers, Tian Yi spent several more years studying and practicing to master control over them.

During this time, Tian Yi also successfully formed his Chaotic Heart, albeit an incomplete one.

Once the Primal Monarch was confident Tian Yi could survive by himself, he was released into the Primal Expanse for experience.

"What should I do in the Primal Expanse besides completing my Chaotic Heart?" Tian Yi asked the Primal Monarch before leaving for the Primal Expanse.

"How should I know? This is meant to expand your experience, so live however you want for the next hundred years. Also, you will be hunted everywhere you go because you're a human, and your scent will drive everyone mad, so try to stay alive. I don't want all of my efforts to go to waste."

"I will try not to disappoint you." Tian Yi left for the Primal Expanse with an excited smile on his face.
