Chapter 2367 — Chapter 2367 Killing a True God

"T-This presence! It's a True God!" The moment Lev sensed this oppressive aura, he immediately descended from the sky and went into hiding without even needing Yuan to tell him.

Not even a full second after Lev left, a silhouette slowly approached Yuan from a distance, its figure exuding an unfathomable aura that twisted and wrapped the space around them.

"In my fifty billion years of experience in this place, this is the first time I've seen a first-level False God who is bold enough to trespass into this domain meant for real Gods," remarked the demon, who had a unique appearance that looked half human and half demon.

Yuan calmly replied, "To call it trespassing, you'd have to own this place."

"Oh? And you even dare to talk back?"

In the next instant, Yuan sensed a powerful wave of Celestial Qi rushing toward him. However, it was clear that the attack wasn't meant to kill him—it was simply meant to intimidate.

In response, Yuan also released some of his Celestial Qi for the first time, and despite only being at the first level of God Ascension, his Celestial Qi was strong enough to rival that of the True God.

Seeing its Celestial Qi being destroyed by Yuan, the True God expressed surprise on their face.

"I see why you dare to come here. Unfortunately for you, that wasn't even half of my true power."

As they spoke, an even more powerful pressure suddenly descended, bearing down on Yuan like a colossal mountain.

Without a word, Yuan mixed his Chaotic Essence with his Celestial Qi, causing it to explode tremendously, even overwhelming the True God for a good moment.

"What is that power?" The True God narrowed their gaze at Yuan, looking befuddled.

"Are you just going to stand there, or are you actually going to fight me?" Yuan asked, beckoning the True God.

"Interesting. Let's see what you have up your sleeves. I am also interested in that power."

The next moment, the True God vanished from his position like a ghost before appearing right in front of Yuan.

"Blood Arts, Hell's Scythe!"

The True God condensed his own blood into a massive scythe before swinging it toward Yuan.

Instead of dodging, Yuan raised the Demon Devouring Sword and met the attack head-on.

The True God raised an eyebrow when he noticed the Demon Devouring Sword.

"What a nasty weapon you have there," he remarked.

"Thanks," Yuan responded.

In the next instant, he vanished with a movement technique and reappeared behind the True God, striking without hesitation.

Without even turning around, the True God created a turtle-like shell on his back, blocking the strike. Yet, the impact from Yuan's strike was much stronger than he anticipated, and it launched him several meters away.

"You're not a Forsaken, are you?" Yuan asked the demon afterward.

Instead of answering, the True God narrowed his eyes and asked, "What are you? You may be hiding your presence, but I can tell that you're fundamentally different."

"I'll tell you if you can beat me."

"..."

The True God fell silent for a moment before suddenly releasing a tyrannical amount of aura.

"Try not to die," he said after releasing his full cultivation.

An excited smile appeared on Yuan's face as he activated True Dragon Awakening without hesitation.

"What kind of appearance is that?"

Not just the True God, but even Lev were taken aback by Yuan's sudden transformation.

"Enough questions. I'll answer all of your questions if you can beat me," said Yuan as he launched an attack first.

It'd been a long time since he was able to fight at full strength, and this was a good opportunity for him to see his current limits.

Despite Yuan only being at the First Level of the God Ascension Realm, the True God—whose strength rivaled that of a Cultivation God—did not dare underestimate him and responded with his full power.

A powerful ripple swept across the Eighth Valley, their clash so violent that the very space around them began to crack.

For the first several hours, the two of them used only basic techniques and raw strength to fight, but eventually, they started using actual martial techniques.

[Heaven Splitting Sword Strike!]

Without needing to gather his energy like previously, Yuan could effortlessly launch Heaven Splitting Sword Strikes one after another, each powerful enough to completely erase mountains and change landscapes.

"What overwhelming and devastating prowess!" The True God could feel his back soaked in cold sweat after seeing how effortlessly and frequently Yuan was unleashing these landscape-altering attacks one after another. "Blood Arts, Crimson Downpour!"

Moments later, it burst like a bubble, releasing countless needle-like projectiles that rained down upon Yuan.

[Void Manipulation!]

Yuan's figure vanished into thin air and entered the void, completely avoiding the attack.

"You're not the only one who can use Void Manipulation!" The True God declared before also entering the void.

"What the hell is going on?! These two are monsters!" Lev cried out loud as he continued to distance himself from the battlefield.

Even though their next several exchanges occurred within the void, Lev could sense the ripple caused by their clashes, sending chills down his entire being. He'd witnessed many fights in his lifetime, but this was the first time it made him feel so small and terrified.

Then, he realized that Yuan had been fighting without his usual Demon Sealing Techniques and relied on his own prowess for some reason.

One day… three days… five days…

Yuan and the True God clashed relentlessly for an entire month. Yet even after all that time, neither side had gained a decisive advantage. Although Yuan appeared to hold the upper hand, it still wasn't enough to secure victory.

"You're not bad. I haven't had this much fun in a long time!" The True God remarked as he distanced himself from Yuan. "However, I can tell that you're still holding back."

Yuan smiled and said, "I wouldn't be able to enjoy it if I were to fight you with all of my power."

The True God opened his mouth, but before he could speak, another presence suddenly appeared.

"HEYYY! LET ME IN ON THE FUN!" A loud and obnoxious voice suddenly echoed.

A moment later, another demon appeared. Purple skin, crimson eyes, and four black horns marked its appearance.

It too possessed the aura of a True God, but its presence was clearly stronger than the one Yuan had been fighting for the past month.

A look of disgust appeared on Yuan's face when he saw the newcomer, his brows furrowing deeply as he stared at it.

The rotting stench emanating from the demon was overwhelming. It was unmistakably a Forsaken.

"Mind your own business, Mov," the True God snickered, sounding just as displeased as Yuan by the interruption.

However, the Forsaken completely ignored the True God and focused solely on Yuan.

"A False God fighting on equal terms with a True God? I wonder how you'll taste!"

Without warning, the Forsaken named Mov lunged at Yuan with its mouth wide open, as if it wanted to take a bite out of his flesh. Yuan sneered in disgust before activating the Demon Sealing Zone.

However, the Demon Sealing Zone was only strong enough to slow the Mov's movements by about twenty-five percent.

[Swords of Eternal Torment!]

Then, a hundred golden swords materialized in the sky and quickly surrounded Mov.

"What's this power?" The True God swallowed nervously when he sensed the overwhelming amount of Demon Sealing Aura gushing from Yuan's body at this moment.

"Fuck! What the hell is this?! It hurts!" Mov screamed out loud when the swords impaled its body. Before Mov could even process what was happening to him, Yuan launched his next attack.

His Demon Sealing Aura erupted to unprecedented levels, its overwhelming presence reaching demons as far as the Seventh—and even the Sixth Valley.

Mov ignored the pain in his body and focused his gaze on Yuan, who was now emitting a different aura. When Mov sensed the aura, a look of awe and reverence appeared on his face—though he was completely unaware of it himself.

"Our… God?" Mov muttered under his breath.

Yuan suddenly swung the Demon Devouring Sword in his grasp.

In the next moment, Mov felt a gentle breeze brush across his face.

Then, he ceased to exist.

The True God's eyes widened in stunned shock. But when he confirmed that Mov had actually been killed, the shock in his eyes turned into pure terror and disbelief.

'Impossible! He actually killed Mov?! And that easily?!' he cried inwardly.

Mov was a True God just like him—no, he was even stronger. Yet Yuan had killed him in the blink of an eye, making it look utterly effortless.

Not to mention the unfamiliar power Yuan had displayed. The Demon Sealing Aura alone was already shocking enough, but the second power he used—something even the True God couldn't comprehend—left him completely speechless.

"You... Who the hell are you? And what was that power you used to kill Mov?" The True God asked with clenched fists.
