Chapter 1714 — Chapter 1714 Rashara’s System(End of Primal Expanse Arc)

"Where am I?" Yuan mumbled as he surveyed his surroundings. However, before he could really pay much attention to his surroundings, he noticed several announcements appearing in the sky almost simultaneously.

The sky was bombarded with announcements related to the achievements Yuan had achieved in the Primal Expanse, just as Wang Xiuying speculated.

Nearly every Player in the Nine Heavens was staring at the sky in shock at this moment, their eyes and mouths wide with disbelief and awe. Over three years have passed since Yuan disappeared from the Nine Heavens, and the players have gotten used to playing Cultivation Online in peace without any commotions. In fact, except for a few players, the presence of Player Yuan had diminished from their minds, becoming something akin to an urban legend.

Due to his lack of presence, some even wondered if Player Yuan had retired from Cultivation Online.

However, this was just the beginning of the players' shock. Once they finally got past the name 'Player Yuan' and began reading the rest of the announcement, their eyes popped out of their sockets, and their jaws fell to the ground.

"Celestial-rank techniques?!"

"Crafting Celestial-grade treasures?! How in the world?! The top players have only just begun crafting Earth-grade treasures!"

"What the fuck has Player Yuan been up to?! He disappears for three years and comes back with this bombshell?!"

"Wait a second! We've only progressed to the Fourth Heaven! How did he even acquire an endgame technique, much less craft them?!"

"Why did these announcements show up almost simultaneously? There's no way he achieved all of them back-to-back in such a short amount of time."

The players were filled with questions. Some players were so shocked and distracted by these announcements that they died because they were in the middle of a battle when it happened. However, no matter how much they wanted answers, they realized they might never find out. Cultivation Online was a mysterious game with a ghost publisher. Unlike other games, nobody could get any help from the administration, so they were all on their own.

Some players have tried seeking help from powerful cultivators because they believed the admins were disguised as NPCs. Unfortunately, none of their efforts resulted in anything.

Most players have already accepted the phenomenon behind Cultivation Online and stopped questioning it, just like how the people of Nine Heavens don't question the existence of players.

However, unbeknownst to the players and even Yuan, the announcements only appeared between the First Heaven and Sixth Heaven, so the people in the Seventh Heaven and above were not aware of the players activity.

That being said, a single being above the Seventh Heaven was aware of their activity.

Inside his private quarters, the Celestial Emperor stared at the recently made announcements with a profound expression on his face, and his brows furrowed in a worried manner.

"Player Yuan… I knew there was something different about you. To think you'd reincarnated in that abandoned world… I would've never guessed," he mumbled to himself.

"..."

After a moment of silence, he shook his head and sighed, "No, this isn't enough proof. There's a slim chance this player is not related to him—who am I kidding? Not even the most talented blacksmiths in the Nine Heavens could become a True Divine Blacksmith in such a short time. There's only one person who could achieve such a feat."

The Celestial Emperor stood from his throne and walked to one of the open windows, staring at the world beneath him.

"You've finally returned, Shura's Apostle—Heaven Refiner and the calamity who will destroy this world! The others may have failed, but I will stop you once and for all! For this is my duty as the Celestial Emperor!" The Celestial Emperor clenched his fists, his eyes filled with rage and determination.

The Celestial Emperor proceeded to summon the system and configure it.

"Confirm."

"If you cannot access Cultivation Online, you will be stuck in that world and won't be able to cause any trouble for me." The Celestial Emperor showed a satisfied smile on his face.

"However, just in case, I should send a few people to make sure he's gone from this world."

The Celestial Emperor's figure disappeared the next moment.

Meanwhile, in the Fourth Heaven, Yuan received several notifications that made him feel several emotions in quick succession.

Ding!

"??????"

Yuan wore a bewildered expression on his face as he tried to comprehend the situation. "My access to the system has been blocked? And Shura's System…? Isn't that…" Yuan swiftly comprehended the situation.

The original system—the one used by every other player was called the Rashara's System.

However, his access to that system had been blocked.

'It was probably done by the Celestial Emperor because he saw my announcements...'

Noticing this, the Shura's System, which was obviously related to Shura, the unknown entity who gave him the power of Heaven's Supremacy, activated, preventing him from losing access to Cultivation Online.

However…

"Log off!" Yuan tried to log off.

"I can't log off?! You have to be fucking kidding me!" Yuan cried out loud, his voice echoing in every direction.
