Chapter 1103 — Book 2: Chapter 300: I'll bet on you (2)
15 min read ·
Raising my very own precious omnipotent god.
The Virtual Reality game ran by the Transparent ©, the global hit in President Ahn Roh Man’s Earth 3.
‘The Hunters are trying to turn that virtual reality into its own real world.’
They seemed to be trying to give birth to the omnipotent god in that world.
Furthermore, that plan right now-
‘The Hunters, the Divine World, and the Demon World are all involved.’
Cale thought that these large organizations had a complicated intertwined relationship.
‘That’s that.’
‘Why am I in that virtual reality game right now?
Haaa, seriously. This is kind of hard to believe.’
Cale thought about the steps that led up to this.
First, the power of the golden eye that the Saint of the God of Chaos used.’
The Dominating Aura used the Sky Eating Water to swallow a portion of that power.
In order to properly digest it…
It had Cale faint.
Cale opened his eyes in a dark place after fainting and extended his hand toward the golden power.
‘And then I ended up here.’
He suddenly logged into the game and started the tutorial.
– Cale, what is this?
The Dominating Aura was quite anxious.
Cale didn't care and completely ignored the imposing voice.
He then came up with a hypothesis.
‘I guess the Saint must have been in the game.’
Was he a regular user?
Or was he an existence that seeped into the game for some reason?
‘There’s no need to rush for an answer.’
Cale did not think about it any longer.
But he became certain about something because of this.
‘The fact that the Saint of the God of Chaos has a close relationship with this game means that this game is that important to them.’
This-
“That means it is highly likely that this is at the core of what they are doing.”
‘Oops.’
Cale said that out loud and then flinched.
He raised his head to look at the screen in the air.
[Set your nickname to ‘That means it is highly likely that this is at the core of what they are doing’?]
“Fuck.”
‘Oops.’
He spoke out loud again.
As Cale started to scowl…
[Set your nickname to ‘Fuck’ 3&%$(!@(#$)—–]
“Hmm?”
‘What the?’
Cale flinched.
[@%$^$%* S, system error *#()^ discovered, &*!@%*]
Wiiiiiiiiiiiing- Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing- Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing–
Cale, who was standing in the middle of a vast grassy plain, could see everything start to turn red.
It felt as if an alarm was going off.
[@#%^ Source &@% of error, %&#( un*authorized, u@ser access$&@(%)]
He could see words in the middle of the symbols.
‘Source of error, unauthorized user access.’
Cale understood.
‘I guess I am an unauthorized user.’
He didn't use any official means to enter the game. He ended up like this after touching a gold eye.
Wiiiiiiiiiiiing- Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing- Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing–
Cale lifted his head up.
The clear blue sky turned red as well.
The entire world was red as if it was about to be destroyed.
– C, Cale, we should be okay, right?
The Dominating Aura.
This punk was scared.
‘Haa.’
Cale let out a sigh.
‘I guess a guy like him would have never experienced something like this.’
But Cale had an idea about what would happen.
‘They’ll obviously call it an abnormal login and kick me out.
Then I'll be kicked out and wake up.
Haaaa.’
Just thinking about it made him sigh.
‘I know I coughed up blood in Clopeh's face as I fainted.
How much time has passed since I fainted?
What will happen?
Fuck!
I wouldn’t be so anxious if it was Raon or Choi Han!
I have no idea what that bastard Clopeh will do, so, I-, I really-
I'm really scared!’
Cale admitted to being scared.
‘I don’t think I can digest the Saint’s power right now, so let’s just hold onto it.’
Even if they kicked him out right now, he will go to the World of the Transparent Bloods later and officially login with President Ahn Roh Man's help. He could properly absorb this power once he made an account.
It would take some time… And he won’t be able to use it in the fight against the Dragon Lord, but…
That would be the safe way to do it.
Wiiiiiiiiiiiing- Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing- Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing–
[Abnormal @^&%*access @&%( res@&%*olution method : %&@(%-]
Yes.
Let’s resolve it.
Swooooooosh-
There was a gust of wind.
Cale let that gust of wind take him.
He then looked up at the red light that turned that picturesquely beautiful world so ominous.
“Hmm?”
He then flinched.
– Cale, w, what is that?
‘I know, right?
What is that?’
Something was coming down.
Something was coming down very quickly from the sky.
“Huh?”
Cale became anxious.
– D, D, De-
The Dominating Aura could not speak properly.
Well, it took him a while to say what he wanted to say.
– D, D, Demonic race–!
While Cale was Kim Rok Soo and read fantasy novels for years, the Demonic race was frequently mentioned.
Something that looked like the typical appearance of the Demonic race as he had imagined was flying quickly toward Cale.
It was descending vertically.
‘Do I need to dodge?’
Cale subconsciously tried to use the Indestructible Shield.
‘Hmm?’
He became flustered.
“Huh? Why is it not working?”
His ancient power was not coming out.
– Hmm?
The glutton priestess became flustered as well.
‘What is going on?
Ah!’
Cale thought about it for a moment before figuring out the answer.
‘This is inside a game!
I haven’t even registered as a user!
I’m an error that has no level or skill!’
He wasn’t even considered a newbie.
His existence was nothing in this world.
“Fuck!”
As Cale scowled intensely…
“!@&*$%(”
The Demonic race shouted something.
It had large black wings and it's outfit looked like the typical outfit of the Demonic race in a novel. Maybe it was best described as the outfit of a dignified noble?
He could see the baggy sleeves.
He was very handsome as well.
It was the decadently handsome face that people expected from the Demonic race.
“@# $%%”
This bastard continued to say something.
Cale could see him very well now.
That was how close he was.
Cale's expression changed.
“Perhaps?”
This Demonic race bastard seemed to be in a rush.
He was looking at Cale as if he was some-
‘Yes, it’s like…
I’m some sort of treasure he needs to save.’
– Cale, that Demon seems quite desperate.
The Dominating Aura was suddenly speaking in a calm voice.
“Right?”
‘What’s up with him?’
Cale quietly looked up at the desperate face of the Demon reaching his hand out to him.
He could hear this Demon's voice loudly now.
“@#%%”
He still could not understand it.
“I guess there's no language patch if you don't register as a user.”
Cale was answering casually before he flinched.
The distance became closer.
The Demon did everything he could to grab Cale.
Once there was about 5 meters left…
Cale suddenly had a thought.
“How can he come down so slowly?”
‘Why is he struggling so much to get to me?
Maybe, this-’
Cale stopped talking and flinched.
“Huh?”
The sky split open.
The red sky split in half and something started to come out of it.
The Demon tried even harder to get to Cale.
He extended his hand and body toward Cale as much as possible.
Cale subconsciously reached out toward him as well.
Through the gap in the sky…
A red hand came out of the gap in the sky.
The red hand looked like blood vessels being visible on the outside.
The hand was aiming right for the Demon.
No.
[Abnormal access user resolution method: Destruction]
It was coming toward Cale.
“Fuck!”
‘I can’t use the Sound of the Wind or the shield right now.’
“@&%(%”
To the Demon that was saying something to him…
To the Demon who looked as if he was about to cry…
Toward that Demon’s hand…
Cale started to run toward it.
“Ah, seriously?!”
‘I can’t reach it!’
Cale instantly had a feeling.
He needed to grab this Demon's hand to survive.
No, in order to not be destroyed.
This red hand…
He had a feeling that something worse than logging out or game over would happen.
Unlike the slowly descending Demon, the red hand came toward the ground very fast.
– Hey, hey! Grab it! Cale, grab his hand!
The Dominating Aura shouted in fear.
– You should have worked out some more.
As the glutton calmly commented…
“@$%”
The Demon got closer.
Cale did whatever he could to run.
Yes, just like during his time as Kim Rok Soo… He used all of his experiences, his years of knowledge, and everything he had.
He trusted Cale Henituse’s physical abilities and the powers hidden beneath his muscles…
– Yes, jump!
Cale jumped up.
‘I reached it-’
He reached the Demon’s hand.
“!”
Cale realized it at that moment.
There had been an invisible barrier between the two of them and that this Demon had pierced through it.
The Demon grabbed his hand.
“Who are you?”
He could finally hear this Demon properly.
Cale then took a deep breath.
It’s hot.
The world outside the invisible barrier, the whole area touched by the red light was getting hotter.
It felt as if it was starting to burn.
“Why is a person from the outside here-”
The Demon was about to say something else before turning around.
“Shit!”
Cale saw the hand trying to push down on both of them.
What he thought was a blood vessel was a half-transparent red coffin filled with a black liquid.
“Let’s first get out of here!”
The Demon's wings wrapped around Cale and himself.
Cale heard the Demon’s voice once the black wings separated him from the outside.
“Teleport.”
Cale was teleported to somewhere else.
New words could be seen in the half-transparent window.
[Tutorial Dungeon: The &@%#% Room of the Hell of Darkness]
It was a luxurious room completely painted black.
It resembled the room of a noble who liked expensive fancy things.
Even the furniture was black.
But there were many lights lighting up the room.
Cale finally learned the identity of this Demon.
[Dungeon Boss of the Hell of Darkness, Dark Count Ruiphe II]
The Demon in front of him…
Was a monster the users had to defeat.
He was the boss of the tutorial created for new users to figure out game mechanics.
“Huff, huff.”
Dark Count Ruiphe II barely managed to walk over to the couch and plopped down.
His body was shaking as he laid there.
“Fuck. I didn’t know it would be so hard to do that.”
He did not hide his anger as he talked while catching his breath.
He wiped his hand with his shaking hands and looked at Cale.
“You, how did you get in here? Who are you? You are definitely an outsider. What route did you use to access the game?”
Cale sat across from Ruiphe II and asked.
“Then are you one of the game’s NPC?”
“Fuck. Who cares if I’m an NPC? Is it weird that an NPC is not acting as ordered, knows that this is a game, and is acting as he wishes? Huh? Fuck! First, who the hell are yooooooou?!”
The decadently handsome demon looked exhausted.
His eyes were full of despair.
But he also looked full of anticipation.
He asked in a shaking voice.
“You, you-, you're not one of those people who turned this place weird, are you? Right? Isn’t that why you entered through a weird route? Isn't that right?”
Cale leaned back against the couch.
He leisurely answered.
“The people who turned it weird? Are you talking about the Hunters?”
“!”
“Or maybe the gods? Or the Demonic race? Anybody who starts the game must have passed through this tutorial. Isn't that right?”
Cale smiled toward Dark Count Ruiphe II, the tutorial boss who must have met the most users, no, almost all of the users or Raising my very own precious omnipotent god.
It was because he saw the look of anticipation in the Count’s eyes.
“You are enemies with the Hunters, right?”
Cale nodded his head.
“Yeah. We are enemies. In fact, I am the one trying to destroy them.”
“!”
The Count's face lit up and he covered his face with his hands again.
“Fuck. Finally……!”
His voice sounded teary.
He seemed to be barely holding the tears back.
“Finally, someone who I can talk to……!”
Cale looked at the emotional Demon and leaned toward him as he quietly asked.
“I'm also happy to meet someone here who understands me.”
The Count slowly lowered his hands to look at Cale.
Cale smiled nicely as he asked.
“Now then, what happened to you?”
“…Haaa.”
The Count let out a sigh.
His wings were now gone as he leaned back against the couch and closed his eyes.
“The start, yeah, I guess this is a simple way to explain it.”
Once he opened his eyes, he looked as if he still could not believe it.
“The system that used to control me and give me orders has started to go crazy.”
‘Hmm?’
“Did they call this system AI? I think this AI had a name as well. Anyway, an outsider like you should know. Basically, the AI is starting to go crazy!”
He pulled at his long hair.
– Doesn’t that hurt?
Cale listened to the glutton’s comment as he quietly observed the Demon.
The Demon saw Cale’s calm gaze and pounded his chest as if he was frustrated.
“And that, fuck! Haaa, seriously!”
He shouted while looking teary.
“I'm the only one who knows that! I'm the only one! Nobody else knows that it has gone crazy! That is why the moderators are not fixing it!”
‘Hooo.
So the moderators… Transparent © does not know that the AI has gone weird?’
“Why don’t they know?”
The Demon shouted.
“I don’t know! So how do I know? Because the tutorial has started to crumble! And I started to learn outside knowledge!”
Count Ruiphe subconsciously clutched at Cale’s clothes.
“Hey… Help me out. Please?”
He tearily asked.
"The AI keeps giving me a quest that makes no sense.”
"What quest?”
It was at that moment.
A new half-transparent window appeared in front of Cale’s eyes.
But this window was different from the one earlier as it gave off a dark aura fitting the Demonic race.
[@#% Quest has appeared!]
[1. Find the hero with Count Ruiphe and stop the scary @# god trying to destroy this world!]
[2. Please work with Count Ruiphe to find our older brother.]
‘Hmm?’
[Client: System]
Cale suddenly recalled a memory.
When he heard the tragic tale of the game’s creation from President Ahn Roh Man…
‘And there was an existence that fooled around with my family.’
He recalled that conversation with Ahn Roh Man.
‘…System.’
‘Yes. There was an AI. The minimum artificial intelligence system required to maintain the virtual reality world.’
‘That AI is my friend and sibling. I guess I should call him hyung since he was born a year before me?’
‘That AI kept itself tightly hidden inside the game. Of course, it handed over most of its abilities to the Transparent Corporation as if it had no choice when they took it away. The Transparent Corporation probably didn't even know that an AI existed. That guy hid himself extremely well and waited.’
That AI helped Ahn Roh Man become the top ranker.
Cale opened his mouth to speak.
“System. Is the older brother you are talking about the AI that was created before you?”
The existence supposedly hiding away deep inside the game…
Chhhhhh.
The window shook irregularly and suddenly rumbled.
A new message appeared on the window giving off the dark aura.
[Do you know our brother?]
‘Oh.’
A small smile appeared on Cale’s face.
He thought that he might end up with a great clue or an ally after unexpectedly coming into the game while trying to absorb the Saint of the God of Chaos's power.
Cale leisurely buried his body into the couch as he opened his mouth.
Before they could chat…
He said this to the system.
If she wanted to ask for something…
“First, can you create an account for me here? Oh, and make it so the Hunters don’t know about it.”
You have to give something to get something.
Cale received an account.
Furthermore, there was something that caught his attention.
[Race: Half-Demon (&#'s blood flows through him).]
“Why am I a Half-Demon?”
[*Planned to be slipped in unnoticed during a major update.]
“No. That’s not the issue.”
[Title: The tutorial's hidden final boss]
[*Can only be approached through a hidden quest]
“Final boss? Am I an NPC?”
A monster the game users had to defeat. ‘That’s me?
Is that okay……?’
“Wait, can’t you just make me a normal account?”
Chhhhhh.
[I don’t have the power to do that……]
Cale scowled while looking at the weakly written answer.
Things seemed to be going differently from what he expected.

The once in a generation masterpiece created by the Transparent ©.
‘Raising my very own precious omnipotent god’
A new notice went up in the game.
< Notice of Major Update >
* * *
“It’s been 6 hours, 25 minutes, and 31 seconds.”
Raon’s eyes were wide open as he stared at the sleeping Cale.
Ron was next to him with a gentle smile on his face, mending Cale's robe that he had thoroughly cleaned of blood.
“Hoo hoo. As expected, I cannot leave my post.”
He was looking at the sleeping Cale as if he was looking at his cute little grandson.
Eruhaben slowly looked away from the two of them.
