“Cale should have arrived near the lair by now, right?”
“I think so, Eruhaben-nim.”
Eruhaben chuckled at Rosalyn’s response and let out a deep breath.
He soon looked toward Sheritt next to him.
Ooooooooong-
A white light was surrounding her.
The innermost room on the first floor of the Black Castle…
She opened her eyes at the center-most spot of the Black Castle.
She opened her mouth.
“Descend.”
The Black Castle descended to the ground.
Boom-
The ground shook.
The Black Castle safely landed and all of the closed windows opened wide.
Gazes started to gather to the open windows.
Inside the decently large reception room…
“We’ve arrived.”
Zhuge Mi Ryeo, the Chief Advisor of the Martial Arts Alliance, looked out the window to the vast field.
The lone castle located at the center of the field…
The people inside the other rooms looking at that castle…
“Originally, that castle was where the first Emperor of the Haru Empire was born.”
King Dennis got up from his seat.
"But it is now just the gathering spot for those who wish to destroy this place.”
The young king was already in his armor.
“The gates to their castle are the first to open it seems.”
Screeeech-
The castle gate opened.
“The enemies aren't even flustered. They seem to have expected it as we thought.
That we would come.”
Dennis laughed.
“Ha.”
The person who came out of the open gate was Emperor Alt.
The fact that Alt was coming with only a few knights made it clear that he was coming as a messenger.
“Even the Emperor of the greatest Empire on the continent seems to be nothing inside that place. The enemies are quite funny.”
No, the Dragons were funny.
Despite them being the ones to start this mess and cause all these issues…
“They push a human as a messenger for something like this.”
Dennis opened the room door and headed out.
His cape fluttered above his armor.
“In that case, we should send a human first too, right?”
Since Alt was coming for the enemies, Dennis thought it was only appropriate for him to be the one to head out.
Dennis headed toward the ancient Dragon to share his thoughts.
Screeeech-
However, he could not start walking.
The Black Castle’s gate opened.
‘Already?’
The Black Castle.
Even though there were a lot of people in here…
They only had the first group of people, which meant that they had comparatively less people than the village surrounding that ancient castle.
In such a situation, they were opening the door toward the approaching enemies without any preparations?
‘To discuss what?’
Dennis approached the window again.
Someone was walking out the open gate.
“Huh?”
He let out an anxious and confused voice.
Dennis was not the only one watching this.
“As I expected.
Pfft.”
Witira chuckled and moved away from the window.
“Nothing more to see here.”
The moment she said that…
Wiesha, who was with her, looked past Witira’s shoulder toward the window.
The person heading toward the approaching Emperor…
Gulp.
The moment Wiesha gulped…
Baaaaaaaaaang-!
There was a loud explosion.
“Kahahahahaha!”
The rogue of a Dragon, no, the Dragon who was so itchy he couldn’t hold it…
Rasheel, the Dragon with the attribute of indomitability, laughed out loud.
“Hahahaha-!”
He swung his fist as he laughed.
“Ugh!”
Emperor Alt barely managed to block that punch with his abilities as a sword master, but he was sent flying.
Baaaaang!
He flew up into the air, then plummeted deep into the ground.
“Ugh!”
Rasheel stepped on his body.
He placed one foot on Emperor Alt’s stomach and shouted.
“Hey you Dragon fuckers with no sense of pride! Let’s fight! Kahahahaha!”
“Ugh, groooan.”
Alt groaned as he barely opened his mouth.
“…T, the will-”
I came to deliver the will of the Dragon Lord.
He wanted to say those words, but…
“Someone who claims to be an Emperor tried to leave this place behind and run away? I heard you were that kind of bastard? You damn worthless little bitch!”
“Ugh!”
The Emperor was kicked by Rasheel once more.
This was not just what Rasheel wanted to do.
“The old farts gave me permission to do whatever I want today!”
“Who are you calling an old fart?”
Mila walked out behind Rasheel.
Although her attribute was connect together, she was not weak at fighting either. She was actually quite strong.
“…….”
Rasheel became silent.
He slowly pushed his foot down on the Emperor.
“Ahhhhhh, ugh!”
Mila smiled as he spoke.
“Rasheel. Why are you wasting time with the drags?”
“Tsk.”
Rasheel clicked his tongue and moved away from the Emperor.
Mila walked up to the Emperor and looked down at him.
“Human.”
“Huff. Huff.
Emperor Alt was breathing heavily as he looked at Mila.
“Go tell the Dragons.”
But Alt knew that there was no need for him to deliver these words.
Ooooooooong-
Mana roared as she let out a weak level of Dragon Fear.
Mana amplified her voice to reach both the Black Castle and the Purple Bloods’ Castle across the plains.
Go tell the Dragons.
Mila was actually speaking to the Dragons.
“The strong do not use the weak as shields.”
They needed to drag things out until Cale gave the signal, but…
‘It might even take a whole day if it takes longer than we expect.’
It might take him a long time to loot the Dragon Lord's lair.
But they had no plans of hiding in the back.
“Get out here if you want to fight.”
She stomped her foot.
Boom-
The ground started to shake.
Everybody focused on Rasheel and Mila.
Oooooooong- ooooooong-
She released her Dragon Fear as much as she wanted.
“Uuuuuuugh!”
Mila could feel the Emperor shaking but she ignored it.
“Stop being little bitches and get out here.”
Yes.
Stop hiding and all of you get out.
‘Because we are going to be hiding.’
At the lowest basement floor of the Black Castle…
Axion placed his hand against a wall.
Ooooooooong-
There was a rumbling as a cave was created underground.
“I know the map of the inside of the castle very well.”
Axion looked behind him.
Three individuals were standing behind him.
"Are you really confident about going in there and releasing poison? I'm sure you’ve experienced Dragon Fear before. Are you confident that you will not stiffen up?”
The middle-aged woman laughed at his question.
It was the Tang Clan's Tang Yu.
She was wearing a typical assassin's outfit.
“I’ve selected the next leader of the Tang Clan before coming here.”
She was here fully prepared to put her life on the line.
The reason was simple.
“The Tang Clan is very clear about grace and grudges.”
Revenge was something they must do, no matter the price.
Tang Yu was planning on personally performing the teachings of the Clan, letting the future leader and their bloodlines know about their ways.
Furthermore, the Tang Clan had lost half of their strength.
They might even lose their spot as one of the Five Great Clans to the Dokgo Clan.
She needed to let people know in such a situation.
She needed them to know why they shouldn’t look down on the Tang Clan; why they should not mess with the Tang Clan.
What she was trying to do right now was get revenge, warn others, while preparing for the Tang Clan’s survival and future.
She had no thoughts about messing this up.
“Even if it costs me my life, I will do it properly, so please don't worry.”
Axion realized the desperation in Tang Yu’s bleak voice and closed his mouth.
But someone else chimed in with a cheeky voice.
“Well, there will be no dangers to your life.”
Tasha smiled at her.
“I will be in charge of us escaping.”
Swoooooooosh-
A small breeze roamed around her.
Tasha was planning on using the Wind Elemental to escape if things didn't work out.
“Plus, we will have an ally waiting for us in the sky.”
Around the time they release poison into the castle…
The battlefield would already be chaotic.
The Bone Dragon and Mary will be stealthily waiting in the sky.
“Plus, we have a long-time veteran who is familiar with things like this.”
Tasha looked toward the side.
Ron was wiping his dagger with a white cloth.
“Let’s quickly go release the poison and come back before the young master-nim returns.”
He smiled benignly as he spoke.
Ron raised his head.
Boooom!
The ground shook.
Mila was speaking to the enemies above ground.
“Hurry up and get out here. What are you afraid of when you outnumber us?”
“That’s right, you little bitches! Let’s fight! You scared?”
Rasheel quickly interjected and shouted.
The voices of the two Dragons echoed out.
One of the enemies reacted to them.
“Ha! You stupid shits who think that all Dragons are the same… How dare you make such ludicrous statements toward us?”
A red-haired man appeared.
As he stood on the ledge of the castle wall and his voice filled the battlefield as well…
Boom!
Someone appeared on the plain in between the two castles.
“Huh? Why is that old fart-”
As Rasheel flinched and his shoulders slightly shook…
"Who are you?”
The red-haired man looked down at the man who suddenly appeared and scowled.
“It's you.”
Eruhaben brushed back his long white gold hair that fluttered in the wind and smiled gently.
‘Eruhaben-nim! I think that Dragon wants to eat me! Apparently his attribute is Gluttony!’
Red Dragon.
“Yes. You bastard-”
‘You wanted to eat our unlucky bastard?’
“Haha-”
Eruhaben laughed and Rasheel slowly hid behind Mila as he whispered to her.
His voice sounded very urgent.
“Wait, that old fart wasn't supposed to come out right now. Why is he suddenly going crazy like this? Huh? I'm scared! That old fart's gone a bit crazier since he rejuvenated!”
Mila just smiled with satisfaction as she spoke.
“Rejuvenation really is great.”
Rasheel slowly moved away from Mila as well.
Baaaaaang—!
White gold dust swirled and shot up into the air.
A white gold whirlwind appeared on the vast plain.
So that the enemies…
So that the Dragon Lord…
Could not focus on anything else.
Eruhaben and the Dragons started to create chaos starting with that extremely large whirlwind.
“Holy shit.”
Hannah looked disgusted.
“How beautiful.”
Clopeh looked ecstatic and could not hide his dignified smile.
“…….”
The Heavenly Demon looked extremely itchy for a fight as he stared at the battlefield. He looked like a researcher looking to learn something new.
* * *
"This is what Axion said.”
‘The Dragon Lord's lair looks like a regular hunter or woodcutter's house on the outside.’
But things would change once you enter and open the door heading to the basement.
“The shack and the entire forest is his lair.”
Cale continued to speak.
"Axion could only confirm the door to the lair but could not go inside.”
‘The Dragon Lord. Neo once said something to me.’
‘He said that even if his lair was discovered, nobody would be able to easily harm him.’
‘That was probably to warn me as well. Anyway, there should be a lot of traps if you infiltrate inside Neo's lair. You will not be able to reach the reference point that easily.’
‘I'm certain that-’
“He said that he was certain that Neo's lair would be fortified.”
Cale looked toward Raon.
“Human, there are no surveillance or alarm spells!”
Once they entered the shack and came down to the basement…
Cale's group did not discover any surveillance spells or alarms to inform Neo about enemies infiltrating inside.
“I guess it makes sense.”
He didn't question it.
“If it is like this, there would be no need to leave any surveillance or alarm spells.
Ha.”
Cale was flabbergasted.
“Cale-nim, what could this be?”
“I'm curious too, nya!”
“…Something is weird.”
Choi Han, On, and Hong all shared their confusions.
Cale sighed and looked at the half-transparent window in front of his eyes.
Dragon Lord Neo.
He had not fortified his lair.
“Crazy bastard.”
This bastard was very shrewd.
No.
This was his first time dealing with something like this.
‘What the hell did he do?’
[You have entered the Time Hell Dungeon of the Seventh Evil.]
The moment they entered the basement of the shack…
The moment they opened the door in the basement and entered…
A familiar half-transparent window appeared in front of Cale.
“Hahaha-”
He laughed.
“Wow.”
He was full of admiration.
Dragon Lord Neo.
His lair was linked to the ‘Raising my very own precious omnipotent god game.’
No.
To be more specific, he could use this place to enter the game.
It was similar to the portal connecting the Central Plains and Aipotu.
“Yes. It’s a portal. But wait, if he placed the reference point in this place, how is he able to tie down the aura of Aipotu? If that is the case, this isn't just at the level of a normal portal. Aipotu and New World are already connect-”
Raon approached the mumbling Cale and asked.
“Human! Where is this place? And what are these weird windows? Unconfirmed user? Those words are popping up! What is this? And what is the Seventh Evil?”
“Ah.”
Cale explained to the others.
“This place is a Virtual Reality game. Umm, you know about the new world that the Transparent Bloods are creating? It’s that place.”
The Time Hell.
This place did not suit that name. It felt more like they had entered a fairy tale. A fluffy cotton candy-like hallway appeared.
“Huh?”
“Excuse me?”
“?”
“Hmm?”
Cale didn't care about their reactions as he looked around and continued to speak.
“In that world, there are the Eight Evils, mm, existences that people playing the game have to defeat.”
The Eight Evils.
“Of those Eight Evils, the Dragon Lord seems to have turned the Seventh Evil into his lair.
Haha.”
Cale laughed.
He pointed at himself.
“Ah, by the way, I am the final boss of the Third Evil.
Hahaha.”
He kept laughing.
“?”
“?”
“?”
As Choi Han, On, and Hong all looked confused…
Raon suddenly shouted.
“Human, I have no idea what you are talking about. Did you cause yet another issue?”
“Hahaha.”
Cale simply laughed.
