Information we use

DavarScans stores account names, email addresses, password hashes, optional profile images and biographies, and information needed to keep you signed in. When you use social sign-in, the selected provider supplies account information needed to identify you; we do not receive your provider password.

We store reading progress, bookmarks, favorites, follows, comments, reviews, votes, reports, and moderation records to provide these features. Public profiles, reviews, and comments are visible to other visitors. Support reports and ban evidence are available to the submitting account and authorized administrators.

Storage, cookies, and service providers

Session cookies enable sign-in. Your last Comics/Novels selection and guest reading progress are saved in your browser’s local storage. Uploaded artwork and profile images are stored using Cloudflare R2, while application records are stored in our database. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical data to deliver and protect the service.

Use and sharing

We use these records to operate the reader, show community activity, answer support requests, and investigate abuse. We do not offer personal information for sale. Information may be shared with necessary service providers or disclosed when required by applicable law.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained while needed to operate your account and resolve support, security, or legal matters. You can edit your profile and delete your own comments. For account deletion, a copy of your information, or other privacy requests, use the support form. We will verify the request belongs to you before changing private records.
