Using DavarScans

These terms apply when you browse the service or create an account. Use the site lawfully and respect other readers, creators, and rights holders. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Do not impersonate others or use coordinated accounts to manipulate votes or Aura.

Community contributions

Do not post threats, harassment, private information, spam, malware, or material you lack permission to share. You retain rights in your original contributions and allow DavarScans to store, display, and moderate them as needed to operate the community. Moderators may remove content that violates these rules.

Reading content and intellectual property

Rights in stories and artwork belong to their respective rights holders. Access through this site does not grant permission to redistribute the content. Upload or import material only where you have the necessary permission. Copyright concerns can be submitted through our DMCA page.

Aura and the shop

Aura reflects community votes. It is not money and has no cash value. The shop currently describes possible future cosmetic features; no purchases or billing are enabled. Any future paid feature will have its terms and price shown before purchase.

Moderation and appeals

A community suspension prevents posting and voting while allowing reading and access to support. The account can view its recorded reason and submit an appeal. Administrators review appeals and may restore access. Attempts to evade moderation may lead to further restrictions.

Availability and responsibility

Features and content may change or become unavailable. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
